These general conditions of sale govern the relationship between Mr. Nicolas Bréval, self-employed entrepreneur domiciled at 2 rue Pierre Sémard - 83000 Toulon, SIREN n° 882777584  and consumers wishing to make a purchase on the site and above. hereafter referred to as the "customer".

These conditions relate exclusively to non-commercial customers.
This contract refers to French law and, more particularly, to the regulation of distance selling.

Any order implies full acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Any order will only be considered after acceptance of payment.

Nicolas Bréval undertakes to honor orders received within the limits of available stocks.

In the absence of availability of the article, Nicolas Bréval undertakes to inform the customer by any means at his convenience. The customer can then cancel his order and be reimbursed, if necessary, for the sums already paid. Nicolas Bréval reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Orders, placed from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, are dispatched within 72 hours subject to the manufacturing time for certain products.

The prices are indicated inclusive of VAT.

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card or via Paypal


Bank details are encrypted during payment.

The customer's bank details (card number, expiry date) are in no way communicated to Nicolas Bréval.

The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between the Site and its customers.

The data recorded by the Stripe payment system constitutes the only and only admissible proof of the financial transactions carried out.

Nicolas Bréval undertakes to take particular care in packing and sending posters and postcards. 

Delivery methods:
The customer has the choice:
either to be delivered to a Mondial Relay point
or to be delivered to their home by post: letter followed for cards or colissimo for posters.
or to choose a hand delivery in the Toulon/Hyères area.

In the case of delivery to your home or to a Mondial Relay point: compliance with delivery times depends on the carrier.
Consequently, no claim for compensation, of any nature whatsoever, may be invoked or claimed by the customer.
The customer can be delivered at home by post only.
In the event of an error in the wording of the customer's contact details, Nicolas Bréval cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product(s) ordered.

In the case of a hand delivery, an appointment will be agreed between the customer and Nicolas Bréval.

If unable to attend the agreed meeting, the client agrees to keep Nicolas Bréval informed as soon as possible of the postponement of the meeting. In this case, another appointment will be agreed between Nicolas Bréval and the client.

Nicolas Bréval also undertakes to keep the customer informed as soon as possible in the event of a change in an appointment.

Under no circumstances will the postponement of an appointment due to the customer give rise to the cancellation of the order. Nicolas Bréval reserves the right to cancel the order without refund after 2 months if the customer does not show up to pick up his order. 

The “Satisfied or Reimbursed” guarantee
Nicolas Bréval undertakes to refund or exchange prints that do not correspond to the order. The customer, if he is not satisfied, has a withdrawal period of 14 working days from receipt of the item to return it and obtain reimbursement of the sums already paid.

The request must be made by email via our contact form. Any complaint made outside this period cannot be accepted.

The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice to the address of Nicolas Bréval.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, used or soiled cannot be taken back. The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt by Nicolas Bréval. Reimbursement will be made by crediting the bank account of the customer who placed the order and to the billing address. In the event of a partial return of an order, the initial delivery costs are not refunded. In the event of a complete return, the initial delivery costs are refunded to the customer. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The prints are sold as represented on the website Nicolas Bréval cannot be held responsible for the slight differences that may exist and which are due to the reproduction techniques used.
In the event of non-compliance of the goods delivered with the order (the confirmation email being authentic), Nicolas Bréval undertakes to remedy this and send a new poster at his own expense.

Nicolas Bréval reserves the right to recover the poster that does not conform to delivery at his own expense. In this case, the customer sends an email to Nicolas Brébal's customer service within 3 days of receipt of the package to inform them of the error.

Damage during transport
Receipt of the package: The customer must accept a package only if the outer packaging does not show any trace of shock or leak. Nicolas Bréval, Mondial Relay and La Poste bear the transport risks and will reimburse the customer provided that the package is returned to the La Poste agency in the customer's city or to a Mondial Relay point with a reasoned letter of complaint, a copy of which should be sent by mail or email to Nicolas Bréval

If the parcel is not received by the customer and if proof is provided that the parcel has been lost by La Poste or any other postal service, Nicolas Bréval undertakes to deliver to the customer a new parcel corresponding to his order. initial, at no additional cost to the customer.
